Small red dots on head of penis

Hello,
I've recently realized 2 very small red dots on the tip of my penis. I was wondering if its just all my head and they're nothing and will go away on their own or if its something serious? They're not raised at all from what I can see/feel. There is no pain or irritation as well. iI also deal with high stress/anxiety problems and always fear the worse, which isn't helping the case. 
Any help is welcomed.

i have the exact same thing to. and i got really bad anxiety to. best way to ease your mind is to get it checked out man.

yeah man, i'm not going to be able to make it to one until Tuesday so looking for some quick answers to ease my mind or at least know what it is so i can anticipate the doctors answers when i go 😕

Are you sexually active? The red dots are barely noticeable and if you have been sexually active without a condom, particularly with a new partner, or you have had oral, it would be best to get checked by a Medical or Sexual health professional.
These kinds of things can have a number of simple causes, such as wearing a condom, particularly a brand or type you have not used before, or you have recently had prolonged or rough sex or have masturbated and used a great deal of pressure, or your penis was erect for an extended period of hours.
In terms of the general health of the skin on the head and shaft of your penis, here is some information I have just posted to someone else:

here are my essentials: exclude all forms of body wash, particularly soap and shower gel from ever contacting the upper-shaft and the head / glans of the penis. For hydration use liquid Coconut Oil (99% pure is really good) that is used for skin, rather than hair, apply at least 3 or 4 times a week, best time is after a shower and you have fully dried all the penile skin.
When moisture of any source appears on the head of the penis remove it as soon as possible - again, carefully dry the upper-shaft and head of the penis whenever you have washed the penis or taken a shower. Use a clean dry towel that ONLY YOU USE!
