    It is nothing.

If you develop pain or itching, consult a dermatologist.

You had unprotected sex with whom? If it was someone random or a sex worker, get tested for STDs at an appropriate time as suggested by your doctor.

I had unprotected sex with a random woman. I do have itching too. Can dermatologist diagnose a std? I was thinking to meet a primary care physician or a urologist?

If you have itching then it is most likely a fungal infection. Apply Clotrimazole 1% cream for a couple of days, and see if you get relief. Otherwise consult a urologist (If urologist is not available, then dermatologist).

Since you had unprotected sex, do get tested for STDs after a month, and then again after 3 months. You can get the tests done at any diagnostic lab ( they have special packages for STDs). It is always good to get tested, just to be sure.

More information about when to get tested you can find with any local doctor.

Don't get involved in unprotected sex with any random woman or sex worker in future.

      Good luck!

Thanks, it got better for a day and again it got worse today. There are tiny 2-3 sores below and above penis head and a bit painful. I have little bit of itching underside of penis head. Is this balanitis or yeast infection?
