Small scaly patch on eyebrow. Is it ringworm?

I read that the beginning stages of ringworm sometimes don't look circular or defined so I am worried. The patch is scaly, dry, and itchy with bumps surrounding it.

I have mild seborrheic dermatitis which flared up few days ago but cleared with aloe vera except for this persistent little patch. Although currently I am using aloe vera again and it soothes and reduces redness almost immediately.

Still, I am worried if this could be ringworm since I have ringworm in other parts of my body and I don't want this to spread to my scalp. Ringworm or not?
