Small scaly rash

Anyone have any idea what this might be? I can't seem to get a fast appt with a dermatologist but i am getting worried. Has anyone had anything similar?imageimage

    Do you just have the one spot or several of these? Does it itch?

      This is a guess but it may be a granuloma which is totally benign. You do need to get it checked out by a dermatologist though to be on the safe side. Are you diabetic?
