Small semi pink-red patch on scrotum

hi all,

i have been depressed for 2 weeks. I noticed 2 weeks ago there is a small pink patch on my scrotum skin. it doesnt itch, hard to touch or anything. that part is loose when my scrotum skin is loose and its tight when my skin is tight. any idea what this could be ?

thanks all.

background: i play sport daily 3 hours and constantly sweating in that area. im 5'9 , 220lbs. recently one month I bought a men wash product on amazon and used that to clean along with shower gel.

    Not something I would worry about. Try a bit of Aloe Vera Gel.

    If really worried get an appointment with your Doctors Surgery nurse.
