Small Sharp Pains in Upper Left Chest? What is it???

I'm 31 Yr old female, have severe anxiety, was in 80mg of Propranolol, but last couple months been cutting down, so for a week now been down to 10mg a day.
Last day or so, particularly today, I've been getting a mild jabbing pain in my upper chest, above the left breast area, in between the ribs there and it only happens every so often, it all the time. It's like a little thumping pain. When I check my oximeter, I can see my pulse, sometimes it looks like it jumps up and down again but I dont know. My oxygen is 94-98%, my heart rate is 60-90's. But the beating itself seems to jump a littlw but I'm not sure I just feel very anxious and panicky about this.
Also, my back left shoulder blade is very tender and aching, making a lot of crunching noises when I move it. I can hear it crack if I stretch at all. That has been bothering me for a while. I work from home, so am at the computer most of the day. Not sure if that contributes to anything.
I'm 31, female, little overweight, don't drink or smoke, don't do drugs. Probably not as active as I should be though.
Im afraid that it's a heart attack, or a Pulmonary Embolism or something g terribly serious, I'm so afraid. What is going on?
I was only at my doctors a week ago, he listened to my heart and said it sounded fine but I'm scared.

I hope you end up getting and reading this!
I am 24 years old and I had MULTIPLE blood clots in both lungs after my son was stillborn at 33 weeks in 2016!!
ANXIETY WAS MY MOST UNUSUAL SYMPTOM!!!
I have a blog I made after I lost my son, and I described in detail my symptoms to help people like you!!
I have no genetic causes, the hormones and smoking would be the only possible cause of the clots.
I seen this by absolute random chance and I went through the trouble of resetting the password to login just to tell you this.
The little sharp pains were random, looking back, I felt the blood clots when they would move and block off parts of my air. Oh, and my oxygen levels seemed NORMAL. The ER based on the initial assessment (before being taken back into a room and being evaled) seemed to downplay my symptoms and what I told them. I was told I was just having a panic attack.
The doctor came in the room, told me it was highly unlikely BUT because I had just given birth and based on some of the symptoms I had which were not very common for PE, she wanted to do a CONTRAST CT SCAN to RULE OUT blood clots. I was woke up with the same woman (she saved my life in a way by being safe rather than sorry) telling me that I did actually have a bi-lateral PE, and that I would be given injections in my stomach.
So... right now, take or go and get baby aspirin. I would go to the ER if I were you and do not allow them to minimize your chest pains. Chest pain is serious no matter what the cause UNTIL SERIOUS CAUSES ARE RULED OUT!
Show them my blog if you would like.
You will need to tell the ER you are having:
-Chest Pain(s)
-Racing Heart/feels like heart is racing
-Shortness of Breath and Trouble Breathing
^Tell them you have all 3 symptoms at a minimum EVEN IF YOU DON'T OR IT ISN'T THAT SEVERE!
My shortness of breath was MINOR in relation to the anxiety, I also had random numbess/tingling feeling in my arms, which eventually went through my whole body the day I had my man rush me to the ER and I felt I was going to faint. I told him to tell my family I loved them and I told him if I were to faint, I WOULD NOT WAKE UP!!
I READ ABOUT PULMONARY EMBOLISM WHEN I TRIED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME AND THE SYMPTOMS DID NOT SEEM TO FIT OR MAYBE I CONVINCED MYSELF THAT WAS FAR TOO SERIOUS TO BE HAPPENING TO ME - BUT IT WAS! THE FIRST SYMPTOM OF PE IN SO MANY PEOPLE IS SUDDEN DEATH - THEY, LIKE MYSELF AND LIKE YOU EXPRESSED HERE, HAD SYMPTOMS THAT THEY PROBABLY BRUSHED OFF AND SWEPT UNDER THE RUG OR WERE TOLD BY DOCTORS WAS JUST NOTHING AND THEY BELIEVED THOSE DOCTORS
^ PLEASE READ MY BLOG POST ON THIS! IT STILL APPLIES TO ANYONE WHETHER YOU ARE OR WERE PREGNANT, BIRTH CONTROL OR NOT, RISK FACTORS OR NOT... THIS COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE!***
