Small singular bump on clitoral hood, please help!

Today i noticed a small, singular bump with a white head on the left side of my clitoral hood. The bump is not painful, but earlier this morning I experienced severe itching in the location of the bump. I disregarded this as I am very sensitive to certain types body wash, especially in my vaginal/vulva area. I recently shaved as well. However, this has me super freaked out. I am prone to cysts and other weird pimples on my labia majora, yet this one is so close to my clit. I haven't ever had a full STD panel done, but i have been tested for the basic gonorrhea and chlamydia. I have had the same sexual partner for over two years now, and he is completely STD/STI free. I am wondering what this could be, if it's harmless, or if i need to make a gyno. appointment as soon as possible.

Here is a photo, the larger lump to the right of the smaller one is an ingrown hair from shaving, so not worried about that.

Hi Hann, you appear to have a pimple on your clitoral hood. It is common to get pimples on this region as the skin of the labia minora and clitoral hood have sebaceous oil ducts. These ducts produce sebum. The oil is meant to lubricate and prevent drying and also gives your genitals a unique scent. When the duct gets bacteria in it a pimple can form. Your inner labia and clitoral hood appear to be very large so you have more folds for sweat and bacteria to create a pimple. Just wash regularly and wear clean underwear and you should be fine. Hope this helps.
