    Hey Buddy

First of all you never try to pop anything that you do not know what it is. Your a very hairy guy and this will happen to men that are hairy. It looks like a fester hair. Leave it alone. That is the best you can do with it.

    All the best......Ken

With minor wounds like this I would put some liquid antiseptic on it, dab a little on 2 or 3 times a day, should be sorted by the third day. If you are in the UK TCP is good - smells weird, does the job .....

That looks like an ingrown hair to me. Try this: Wrap your penis in a hot wash rag for about 10 to 15 minutes, making sure to soften the skin over the affected area. Sterilize a needle in Peroxide or a flame and gently work the hair out from under the skin . Once you have freed the hair from captivity try to get as much pus out of the hole as possible ( re-wrap you penis for another round of hot pack which will help get the pus out and make your penis feel better. When your penis feels good, you feel good. Put Peroxide on the area to disinfect and kill any remaining infection that may linger. Repeat peroxide for a few day's if necessary until all is cleared up.

If it's not an ingrown hair, follow the above process and clear any pus and infection form the hole. Good luck.

    Hope this helps.
