Small sore wounds on vagina

I developed numerous sore open wounds on my vagina down to my anus. I think ihave dry skin there but it hurts. Maybe could be a yeast infection? Please help i also have some discharge thats a bit yellow

    It could be Lichen sclerosus. Google it. You need to have a biopsy to confirm. They tested me for that when I had sore, burning skin between my vag and anus, which had a tendency to split. Turned out I have vulvodynia.

    A few years ago, when I had the first signs like: Itching and irritation in the vagina and the tissues at the vaginal opening (vulva), A burning sensation, especially during intercourse or while urinating, I was very worried, then I knew I had a yeast infection and struggled for many years to cure. Try a vaginal examination.
