small sores! Help!

Since last Friday i have been unwell, i went to the doctors and they said i had urinary tract inflammation (Caused me to have severe pain when weeing which made me cry). i have finished my antibiotics but a few days ago i noticed i had a small sore come up on the side of my vagina and now another one underneath it. it doesn't hurt when i wee only when i wipe. i have now got a small sore just underneath the opening of my vagina.

i'm not sure if this is from where i was unwell and my skin just got irritated which caused it to sore. i've been with my boyfriend for 6 months and have unprotected sex but he told me he doesn't have any STI's. i am hoping its from where i've been unwell and my skins just been irritated.
