Small spot on the glans

Approximately in November of last year I noticed a small spot on my glans, apart from that my foreskin and glans were irritated I went to the urologist and he diagnosed me with balanitis and prescribed an antifungal cream

The glans improved a lot but there is still a red dot that does not disappear and I do not really know what it can be and it has me very worried My last sexual encounter was in October of last year. Attached are the photos of the current stateimageimage

    I also have a red spot that has lasted for years. I have always had the doubt if balanitis can leave some kind of "scar", but I can't find any information about it.
