Small spots on hands

Hi, i have tiny (~5mm diameter) VERY LIGHT pink spots on my palms, most prevalent in late afternoon/evening. When I wake up from sleep they're gone.

I got diagnosed with Hand, food & mouth disorder last April, and this looks very similar to the lesions observed during HFMD. That disorder lasted no longer than 2 weeks.

Problem is, I'm freaking the hell out about possible Janeway lesions.

They aren't nodules, they're just flat, pink lesions scattered all over my palms.

If I press on them for ~1 second and release, they disappear for around half a second. If I stretch my palms, they're gone until I reset the position.

I've administered antihistamine for the last 2 days, and that seems to delay the manifestations.

Is this related to endocarditis, or just an allergic reaction? (im on holiday, so it might be the air?)

Thanks!!
