Small white asymmetrical lump under penis skin

This lump has been here for over a month, maybe longer. I haven't thought much of it and thought it may have been scar tissue from sex and masturbation.

I recently noticed that it felt a little harder than I originally thought but it still bends if pinched. It appears larger than I first thought but maybe I'm just noticing it. From what I gather on the internet its too far from the frenulum to be Tyson's glands.

I've only had one sexual partner for last 6 years and no history of STDs (just cold sores since childhood).

I'll be seeing a doctor in a month. Any reason I should see someone sooner about this? Could it be cancerous?

Could this be lichen sclerosis (LS) or is it too raised to be? I was circumcised at birth which greatly decreases the odds of developing LS but is that something that should be considered?

I've tried to do a lot of my own research I'm just looking for any feedback so I know what possibilities this could be.

In case anyone sees this thread later: I went to a dermatologist this morning. He said it is likely sebaceous but is certainly not a wart nor cancerous.

He recommended that I stop using soap and to expect changes in maybe 6 months. I have heard this advice from many sources now; don’t wash with soap on the penis, just water.
