i have the same issue from about 2 weeks did you had any sexual contact recently.

It is most likely you have a fungal / yeast, or bacterial infection from unprotected penetrative sex or from receiving oral - so yes, most likely an STD

If the bumps were present on your penis before they are likely to be naturally present - most likely they are Fordyce Spots, or potentially Pearly Penile Papules - I cannot see them clearly enough in the photos ...

I never had unprotected sex. So I should be good?

So yes, for an STD to be present you need to have had sexual contact with someone.

Not as simple as that for infections, you can still have an infection such as a fungal / yeast, or bacterial - most often the cause would be if no sexual contact has taken place would be poor personal hygiene, such as not taking regular showers and not changing clothing, particularly underwear on a regular basis - such as everyday ...

Just to clarify: are you saying the oral sex was a year ago?

You have not had sex with anyone at all for the last year: is this correct?

      What age are you?

From the photos you have posted there is nothing unusual or of concern from what you have on your penis.

Your concerns are clearly because you have noticed something that looks different, or not as you think it should be ...

You need to think clearly: what you are calling blisters, have you noticed anything to cause them to look worse?

So this could be after you masturbate for example, then you take a shower, then either some of the blisters are more noticeable, or different ones appear. Is it something like this that is happening ...... ?

no i mean i didnt had any vaginal or anal sex with anyone from 1 year i had a b*****b(oral sex) from a friend about a 2 3 months ago thats the only sexual activity i was enguage withing a yr .

in photos the blisters are nerly dissapear bt it is reappearing after 4 to 5 days .

no it is not after masterbation . its already showing prior to nasterbation as well .

they are having pimples like structure but nothing inside . thats why i called them blisters .

yeh its diifferent ones appear after 4 to 5 days . not the already having ones are noticable .

So think carefully and clearly - were the blisters / pimples already on the head of your penis before you had the oral sex, or, did they ONLY appear afterwards or following you having the oral sex .... ?

The other thing you need to think clearly about is EVERYTHING that is in contact with the skin of your penis, and in particular, the skin where the blisters / pimples are appearing ... So, this would include soap, shower gel, perhaps hair shampoo when you take a shower? Perhaps you use a skin cream or lotion, or skin moisturiser? Do you apply anything to your penis for or during masturbation, again this could be skin cream, baby oil or an actual lube. If you do, how often do you masturbate in a week .... ?

no it was not there before having the oral sex . it appear about a month after i had oral sex .

about february 26 i had a very high fever with cought and my doctor prescribe some medicines for fever & cought . it cure in 29 february . i first saw blisters in 1st of march in my shower . 1st i though it was becaouse of antibiotics i use for fewer . & it disappear around 6th march completly . then it reappear after 2 3 days and thats when i am starting to worry . i have never use any screen cream or lotion as well. it was like this until now. they disappear & reapear again & again . when i show this to dermatalogist he prescribe to washing it with salt water . i am still waiting to receive my blood tests but i cant collect them because of the corona situation in the country as country is in full lockdown . this has effect to my life very much & mentaly i am in very bad condition because of this .

.. are you able to phone to get the blood test results. Yes, this is most likely to be the key as to what you have going on, however there is still the possibility that this is a form of skin irritation.

I am surprised the dermatologist did not provide you will more help. Did you actually try the salt water wash, and if so, for how long ....?

i have tried to get the results by phone but the hospital says as a rule they only provide the results in person. yes i have tried the salt water wash. now i have washing from salt water from about a 2 weeks. currently the blisters happen to be disappear. only few blister marks are there. but previosly also it was fully disappear & again reappear after 2 3 days so it hasnt give me any relief. mentally this is very stressful and i still think about it every time.

Forgive me for over simplifying your situation, and yes `I can also understand this is very stressful - but you need:

      .

      • the blood test results and take the appropriate action based on the results; and
      • to contact the dermatologist and notify then that the symptoms have not changed and ask whet else you could try, or they may suggest a different medication

Good Luck - and stay safe out there .....
