small white bumps on the shaft of my penis and also around the bladder area where pubic hair grows

These first appeared a couple weeks back after I shaved my penis with a razor, I have been very scared because I've also been having unprotected sex but these appeared right after shaving, do not hurt and do not cause any discomfort or itchy sensations either, I want to believe they are ingrown hairs but every time I see them I get so anxious because I'm scared they might be an STD.

I will of course visit a clinic this week, but I wanted to check here first to get some insight or opinions.imageimageimageimage
