Small white dots on inner Foreskin

I recently noticed these small white dots on the inner surface of my foreskin, I'm confused as to what they are.

are your glans inflamed it looks to be a yellow red ? if you take a hott bath is it worse ?

hey, sorry I forgot my account password so created new one, my glans look completely normal to me, no pain or anything and yes I do bath with hot water, but they do not cause any pain or itching. they just seem to be multiplying from the last few weeks. started appearing a month ago.

looks like herpes to me but ur glans are red and look inflamed like a yellowish color

few months ago appreared the exact same thing. it doesnt multiply. the doctor said it was hpv, gave me some abrasive medicin that killed the outter most skin layer. but few weeks late it returned. I still didnt went to the doctor for a follow up...
