Small white dots penis under foreskin

hello guys. i have this white dots on my penis foreskin but i don't know what is it. someone have the same problem? it doesn't hurt or whatever just existing in this place and am feeling uncomfortable.

before 6 months i had circumcision and after that all this appear slowly...

also i have in this place red veins around of this dots.

  • i have one red dot but its scares me. it is normal?
