I had unprotected oral sex the past few weeks and noticed these small white looking spots on my penis shaft. I have had warts frozen off before, however these appear much smaller than those were. With that being said, I am concerned because I haven't noticed these before. I'm kinda nervous because I am not sure what this is. Am i overreacting or should I be concerned about these?
