Small white patches

Does anyone know what to get rid small white patches on the skin? I had a couple of white patches on my left leg that did not concern me. However, I am getting a lot of new ones on my arms, legs and recently I got a new one on my face. It is making me worried. Is there any natural remedies that will help to restore my skin color. My doctor gave me fluocinonide. I have not used it yet.

I would appreciate if anyone with similar condition could give me some advise.
