my name is akshay 30 year old , 1 month back i consult two doctors one ent and dentist regardingwhite small dot or u can say very tiny white pimple in inner mouth cheek they say u r growing older thats y u have so i relief then today i also see again i am sharing image also , 
here i need to know wheather its normal or any other serious thing
