small white spots on tip of foreskin

Hi,

I am 18 years old and had these small white spots on the tip of my foreskin (shown in the pictures) for as long as I can remember, (don't think I had these when I was alot younger but don't remember). I havn't had any sexual contact so would be suprised if they were warts but I could be wrong. The small spots appear to be under the skin itself and are not popable. My initial thoughts are it could be fordyce spots however it seems uncommon for this many to be clustered on the tip of the foreskin. They are not causing me any pain or discomfort however would really like to know what they are to put my mind at ease.

Thanks in advance!

They definitely look like a cluster of fordyce spots to me. I've got loads on my shaft and some that look very similar to yours on my foreskin where it attaches to my glans. Had them since I was 13 and they've never caused me any harm!

On that first photo, it looks like you have a smaiil brownish looking bump on the head...does that give give any problems at all?
