SMILE after Cataract surgery

Has anyone here had gotten done SMILE procedure, particularly after getting their cataract surgery done.
I am exploring to see if i can get that done to resolve my post-operative residual astigmatism (I have had a toric IOL implanted) if its worthwhile. I will be exploring this with my surgeon as well later in 1-2 months from now when i meet them.
Its not that I am unhappy with the results too much though.
Just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with that procedure, what was the outcome, and what it costs roughly, recovery times, etc.

I have not had it done, but I investigated it for the same reasons as you. My conclusion was that Lasik and PRK are more precise for making small corrections, and topography guided PRK or Lasik is probably the best. What I also found is that reducing astigmatism can lower your overall myopia. I did not want that, and in fact wanted to increase sphere myopia. I was told that was very difficult. One clinic refused to consider it and turned me down. Another clinic said that it was too risky for them to attempt but they were aware that some may try it, but they would not. In my research I found this comparison chart of the three procedures which you may find of interest:

Thanks.
Sounds like PRK is best of all three. I was edging towards SMILE since its latest tech, and also in comparison to LASIK, there is no flap created.
I was specifically worried about the risk around the created flap in future.
Will also need to explore LASEK.
Its interesting that PRK is the oldest of all, but still seems to be the best around, including no flap risk and best visual acuity.

I recall that the only downside of PRK is the longer recovery time.
