SMOKE INHALATION

Posted , 3 users are following.

At about 4:30 this afternoon (2-12-14) the house opposite caught fire and went out as you do, a long with calling the emergency services. Don't panic all occupants got out safely. The thing is while I did what I could, I did inhale some smoke. Any ideas for a quick recovery,? as I am in hospital next Tuesday for surgery.

Something that I forgot to mention in the description, is that I have a dry sore throat and constant dry mouth, yet I drink plenty of fluids.

Hi, why don't you phone your GP for advice. I think if you inhale smoke your lungs could be affected.

      Good luck with your operation.

Thx for the feedback, luckily enough I have a GP appointment already for my next diabetic check and will ask him to give me the once over regarding this matter.

Just to let you know that I have seen my GP and he has prescribed me a spray as part of the lining is inflamed. But all is well.

Also I would like to thank you for your input.
