Last week I smoked shisha for the first time after I was told it was a lot less harmful than smoking cigarettes. I trusted that at the moment, but I decided to do my own research afterwards and found a lot of worrying information about how it could increase chances on heart and lung diseases and cancers.
I have a case of hypochondria so I am now quite worried I did irreversible damage to my health. My question is, how bad is it to have smoked shisha once? While smoking, I tried not to inhale as much as possible, so I think the smoke got mostly in my throat and mouth, but I probably couldnt have prevented some of it getting in my lungs.
