Smoking

Does anyone smoke? I do a little bit and im trying to break it because im afraid of getting another clot. But its hard.

    Hi there I still smoke 1 year 2 months after multiple clots in both lungs , I did give up and apparently became an absolute nightmare and hated every minute so still smoking but now on about 5 or 6 a day and very rarely any during working hours just morning and evening .

    It's an absolutely stupid thing to do obviously but I was a horrible human to live with so I guess lesser of 2 bad situations !
