Smooth muscle antibody to titer 1:80, ALT 105 and AST 45

I recently got my blood work done due to little bit rise in liver enzymes that is ALT to 105 and AST to 45 with Smooth muscle antibody positive titer 1:80 but ANA is negative , other pannel are all normal . IS this the possible diagnosis of Auto immune hepatitis ? I have my upcoming appointment at december 10 so I am nervous of that. Is any one gone through the same problems. I dont have any types of hepatitis,
