Hi, I've been on them for 5 weeks now and lost a stone in 3 weeks, weight loss is slowing down now so need to start with the exercise!! I normally eat just low fat dinners like fish/chicken with potatoes or rice and vegetables. For lunch I normally have a sandwhich and fruit or snack a jacks. Also for snacks, which I always find the most hardest, I usually have a snack a jack rice cake, fruit, yoghurts and healthy bites. Snacking is very difficult especially at night time! I'm also training to be a midwife so eating on a night shift is always difficult! But good luck you will be great x

    Hi Ellie,

Well done, you're doing so great! Can I ask what you've been having as meals and snacks?

For me, I love sweet potatoe and Kale soup, just add a couple stock cubes to them, and any other veg you like (parsnips, carrots, brocoli, peas all go great), add a bit of salt and pepper, and I add chilli flakes and Tumeric but that's your choice. That's a great meal or lunch ^^

And ovened sweet potatoe fries dipped into humus is great too ^^

Hi, thanks! It feels great! I lost a stone in 3 weeks and now have been on them 5 weeks and weight loss is slowing down a lot, I need to start doing more exercise to make more progress! For meals I have low fat things, such as chicken or fish, rice or potatoes and vegetables. For lunch I have a sandwhich and fruit or snack a jacks or healthy option crisps. Snacking is very difficult on orlistat and can be very boring!! But for my snacks I have a snack a jack rice cake, yoghurts, fruit or other healthy things I can find in the house (as long as the fat content is not too high)

I am training to be a midwife so find it very difficult to find something healthy to eat and snack on during and after my night shifts!

It's very very hard and boring!!

But if we stick to it, it will all be very worth it in the end :D

Good luck, stay strong and you will feel great x
