Has anyone been taught how to sneeze. I sneezed this afternoon and almost screamed with the sharp pain in the groin. I know when you have abdo surgery you are taught a certain way.

with first THR I was so afraid that a sneeze would make my hip joint dislocate - second one i sneeze out loud -
