so i had an appointment with chicago dizziness (dr hains office) with dr cherchi on 06/08. so i last week i filled out their online questionnaire and submitted it. Now, not even five minutes ago a represenative from their office called me and told me that they would not be able to help me and refused to see me, as well as canceled my appointment. i was told they spoke with the dr, and he told them there was nothing he could do to try and help me.i just cant catch a break sad

    What exactly are your symptoms?

    Why would they have made am appointment and then cancel?  does not make sense

      Lightheaded, brain fog, visual disturbances, exhaustion.

      I tried to investigate and find out why and they refused to give me any information other than that the doctor doesent feel as though he could help me

      Must be he goes for the easy do some rehab cases. Nothing that takes some work.

      Have you seen any other doctors? I'm sorry this guy is saying he cannot help you. I thought he was supposed to be one of the best doctors for this stuff. Sounds like he's being a jerk. Do you think it might be insurance related?

      I know for certain they don't accept my insurance, even though I have the absolute best insurance blue cross blue shield offers. Honestly, I was thinking along the same lines as you.

      When you say visual disturbances, what exaactly are you experiencing?

      Are they ocular migraines less the headache

      Extreme light sensitivity, aura, after images, difficulties focusing
