So called hot flash

So I am going to describe this down to a T. I want to know if anyone else experiences a "hot flash/flush" like this.

I will start to get a feeling of warmth in my upper arms and legs, sometimes feel like my lower stomach is starting to squeeze or, almost like a period cramp, I may feel a little breathless then it intensifies and I may feel like my hands and feet are getting cold, I start to ache all over and then the heart starts to flip flop in my chest. Doesn't matter if I am lying down, sitting or standing up. It can last to a couple of minutes up to half hour. Sometimes a wooshing sound in my head too. I also feel like blood isn't getting to my feet and hands but can't really tell if that is the case. Sometimes I feel like its my stomach as well and sometimes am shaky and weak afterwards and even sometimes feel like I need to do a poop.

Does this sound like a hot flash? This is what the doctor says is a hot flash but I am not sweating, I feel like if someone looked at me I would look pale not hot. Can't stand it, been going through it for over a year now and its not getting any better.

oh wow... yeah I started just being hot continuously and the occasional night sweat. It all started as far as I know around age 40 I am 45 now... not sure I could do years and years of this

I have written about this before. Mine start with burning feet and then I'll notice all the other symptoms in conjunction with it. I've had what I call those adrenaline type rushes, pains in various places like stomach and shoulder, headache, hard to breathe, and also it will affect my emotions too. I'll feel depressed and then notice my feet burning. Ocassionally I'll feel burning in my upper arms, upper back and cheeks. Never a drop of sweat. But these must be flashes.
