So confused😔

I went to A&E last night, I was in there for 3 hours and waited for a doctor to come and tell me they don't know what to do with female organs so I have to go to a gynacologyst but they have emailed my doctor to refer me asap. They said I must have something wrong with my female organs as I'm in so much pain and they could be damaged inside. I could have something wrong with my cervix aswell and I could have endometrosis. I need to be refered to a gynacologyst and have a Internal camera to check my cervix as well as my uterus and ovaries. They said ultrasounds don't pick up everything on the cervix or anything but they said I need to be checked over as soon as possible by having an internal camera. I'm so confused😔😢

    Sounds like a good thing. They are moving forward with a diagnosis which will help you feel better.

    Hi Beth, it is distressing when we are in pain and in need of reassurance only to find out that even the doctors you saw are confused about "lady parts". The good thing is that they will forward the notes from your visit to your doctor, who will then refer you to a specialist in women's reproductive health. It sounds as if there has already been forward movement toward this so now you have to play the waiting game, just as we all have had to do as well. Take a deep breath, manage your pain as best you can, and maybe make a call to your doctor's office just to ensure that they are indeed making that important referral to a gynecologist for you. Hope you feel better soon!

    Hi there, I'm having lots of different symptoms and have done now for thirteen months. I really know how you feel. I've been told I have a polyp on my womb and my private region constantly has stabs tabbing pain, a brown discharge, and I also get stabbibg pains just before a period in my upper chest, under arm pit and my breasts kill. I have a opp soon to get rid of polyp and a camera to have a closer look. It's scary I know. I'm only 32 and have never been Ill but try not to worry, you'd be surprised what these cysts and polyps can do. If you need to chat pls feel free and I'll give you any advice and can give you along the way.

      I have severe dizziness were I blackout, migraines, sharp fluttering pains in my left side, right side and the bottom of my tummy. I get lower back ache and cramps in the back of my thighs. My periods have dramatically changed. I used to be very heavy and I used to be on my period for 7+ days but now I'm on my period for 3 days and I don't bleed anymore I don't lose any blood I just lose black and brown clots and dark brown discharge all through my period which is so unusual for me. That's why I'm concerned. I don't know if I have anything on my cervix or on any female organs. I am so worried.xx
