So confused

no idea whats going on .... everyday its a new symptom.

started as a rash on my vulva with intense vaginal itching. Later moved to my rectum looks like hemmorhoids and fissures.

been to the dr MANY TIMES since the summer. 2 pelvic exams/swabs, 2 urine tests, 2 std panels all negative.

then started experiencing swollen lymph in armpits, no energy, GI problems of alternating gas diarrhea and constipation--Had what felt like an "attack" itch sensation that nearly dropped me. noticed small paper cuts under my clitoris (wasnt sure if i scratched myself). Went back did blood test for HSV and other STDS not included in initial screening --- also negative (6 months after initially seeing my doctor with no sexual contact for 1 y +) .

i then started to chalk my rash down there up to being a dermatitis --- really doesnt look like anything ive seem online. area is constantly moist / sweaty and took my doctors advice of going gluten and dairy free

i then had excrutiating back pain which has resolved. Past two days have been swollen lymph nodes, muscle fatigue and weakness in my glutes and hips and keep getting muscle twitches / contractions in my arms and legs.

my doctor thinks im crazy tells me i look fine and my blood test is accurate

i started developing itching in my nose (both nostrils) along with pain. The pressure feels like someone has punched me in the nose. I Cant identify any problems in my left nostril, but my right nostril is completely swollen. the septum is bright red and almost fills my nostril. It looks bright red at the front and a little textured but no crusting. google search the closest image i could find was a septal hematoma -- but i havent had trauma

anybody experience this in their nose / know what it could be? im worried about the accuracy of my blood work for hsv but cant see my doctor for 12 days because of covid
