So confused about everything and fed up!!

Hello all, I have had BV mostly on since last Oct. When I google symtoms of Bacterial Vaginosis it always includes lower abdomin pain, and a General feeling of worn downness which is exactly my symptom but it is weird because I never read anyone in these chat groups say this is one of their symptoms. I have tried all antiobiotics orally as well as vaginally.  A couple of things worked for about a week and then the pain came right back. I also have discharge but not everytime. I have never had burning or itching. Once I had swelling but my Dr said I had gotten a yeast infection on top of everything else so i think thats where the swelling came from. I am 35 years old and never had this problem until Oct 2016! I went to the Dr one month ago and it was said to be cured. THAT WAS GREAT NEWS...However I started feeling bad 2 weeks ago and once again went to the Dr and he said I was clear. I am certain I have BV again because I am in pain...I have had ultrasounds and know this pain it is all to familur so im not worried it is more serious than BV. I would like to add I had a miscarrage back in August and Im wondering if this had anything to do with the onset of this depressing infection?? However it didnt show up until 1 month after the miscarrage so Idk if that had anything to do with it. Basically Im just rambaling on hoping someone can relate and give advise on what has worked for them...

I feel like hormonal changes can be a root cause as I never had any problem until I got menopause. I definitely have the symptoms of feeling worn or like I am just dragging myself around. I took an antibiotic in Jan for upper respiratory infection and I was better for almost 3 weeks. I won't mention what one as last time a moderator removed my entire post. Acidophilus inserted vaginally helps cut the odor but doesn't seem to be a cure. Hope this helps you

The pain I am having today is almost unbearable. I am considering going to the ER but I dont think they really deal with stuff like this. They would give me a small check up and then tell me to go to my DR on monday

I have never had pain like you are describing. I would definitely go to ER. They have specialists on call. Take care of yourself.
