So confused as to what these spots are

These appeared after my primary HSV outbreak almost 2 years ago now. however, I wonder if i may have had one before and not noticed? what do you think these are? HSV outbreak scars? HPV? Forsythe spots? they do not itch but feel tighter than the rest of the skin and dont really have a texture. I am also free of other STDs as tested a few months ago. i am anxious about anyone seeing me because I look diseased... thank you so much for your help and opinions.

    How long have they been there? It looks like the healing stages of a recent outbreak.

    this looks like herpes. keep in mind even if you go in for a full sti std panel the CDC does not recommend testing for herpes unless you have symptoms at the time if your doctors visit. you should clarify with your healthcare provider as to what all you were tested for. blood tests for herpes are less than 80% but a culture or swab test (same thing) on an active sore/outbreak is 99% accurate.
