I'm aware that I'm suffering from prolapse but unsure which; possibly vagina vault or urethra that is visible. I have large bulge (finger length away from entrance, ) unsure if is my uterus or bladder, but it gets closer everyday and is def an organ. Also my perineum is so weak and saggy and ive had a lot of bowel issues so rectocele is also possible. Likely multiple prolapse? Painful to even insert finger now and symptoms feel so much worse around period time. Im aware doctors appointment is necessary but i cant even bring myself to go im so embarrassed and severely anxious. I feel like no one will ever want to be with me and ill never be able to have kids. Will things get better? Will i be able to live normally? The thoughts im having are so scary and suicide is on my mind every single day now, have been sticking to kegel exercising but everything just feels like getting worse and facing this alone everyday is getting harder
If anyone can help give advice or stage me?

Hi sandra0009,
We note from a recent post which you have made to our forum that you may be experiencing thoughts around self-harm. If we have misinterpreted your comments then we apologise for contacting you directly. But if you are having such thoughts then please note that you are not alone in this, and there are people out there that can help.
If you are having these suicidal thoughts then we strongly recommend you speak to someone who may be able to help. The Samaritans offer a safe space where you can talk openly about what you are going through. They can help you explore your options, understand your problems better, or just be there to listen.
Their contact details are on our patient information leaflet here: https://patient.info/health/dealing-with-suicidal-thoughts, which also offers lots of other advice on how you can access the help you may need.
If you are having such thoughts then please do reach out to the team at the Samaritans (or the other people detailed in our leaflet) who will understand what you're going through and will be able to help.
If you are based outside of the UK.
The Samaritans is a UK based charity, but they also have suggestions for how you can access help in other countries.

Sandra,if you have never had any children by natural childbirth, then I am not sure you have any prolapse. If you can feel a bulge a finger length away from your vaginal entrance then maybe it is your cervix you can feel. That would account for the feeling that it is worse at period time. Do see your doctor..it wont phase them at all and if there is a lady doctor available then ask to see her.
