So fed up

hi, I've been having god awful groin pain on my left side since May 2020, after a couple of weeks it spread into my right side. my gp originally thought groin strain and sent me to a physiotherapist in August 2020 who also agreed that I'd pulled all my groin muscles and gave me some exercises to do. within 2 days of doing the exercises which were squeezing a ball between my thighs 5 times, 5 times a day and laying in the recovery position and lifting the leg that was straight and I was lying on into the air and holding it there for 5 seconds whilst lying on my side, 5 times, 5 times a day I started to get constant twitching in my toes. I mean like every 3 seconds moving my toes on both feet in all directions! my gp sent me to a neurologist who did some tests, a full spine and brain mri and ncs/emg on the nerves in my right leg and foot. all tests came back clear apart from the pelvis xray he sent me for because he felt my problem was Musculoskeletal. the xray found acetabular retroversion on my left hip. I believe the physio made my hips 10 times worse and now the twitching in my feet is still there but I'm also getting constant buzzing down both legs, my right leg is worse. today it feels like my right calf is numb, like someone squeezing it. my feet feel like they have electrical waves running through them and I've been like this for months now its so distressing I can't stand it. my left groin feels so sore and swollen deep inside and I can't move that leg around as much , the pain follows the crease of my leg down to around my buttocks. I have sharp pain when going from sitting to standing in both sides of my groin. sorry for the long post but my question is had anyone had these awful constant buzzing and twitching and pains down there legs from problems with there hips before? if it wasn't for my 2 children I wouldn't be here now, I cant sleep or even relax and watch tele and I feel like no doctor wants to help me.

It sounds like a nerve problem. Do you think you are getting sciatica as well?

Sometimes I wonder if PT can agitate the situation?
