So fed up with my doctor

Hi has anyone had any trouble trying to get surgery on fissure ? I have had two lots of Botox which didn't work , have been prescribed prostraken that didn't work then he gave me a prescription for 4% topical diltiazem hydrochloride which I then couldn't get any pharmacist to give me as it has to be made ! Anyway after lots of hassle many days later and another trip back to my consultant he got the hospital pharmacy to eventually agree to make it I didn't care about the cost I just was so hoping this would help ! Two months later still in agony went to see him last week and asked for surgery , however he wasn't very helpful ,apparently he's only done a handful of ops for anal fissures he's more a bowel surgeon !!!! I then asked if he could recommend another doctor who maybe does have more experience but he refused and just went on about a third lot of Botox !! I don't want anymore Botox it hasn't helped before, and after the second lot I felt even worse I just came home and sobbed I really don't know what to do now , I told him I'd pay to see another specialist I'd do anything to get some relief from this nightmare, has anyone else had problems like this ?
