Hi Paula, was wondering if you usually feel bad when you first wake up. I know i'v had a lot of issues with dark negative thoughts first thing in the morning or during the night. This has been a huge problem for me during Peri menopause and I would even wake up crying sometimes. Its taken a while but I'm finally getting better and I know now that I need to take it slowly and take some time each morning to wake up properly. I have no idea if this is what you are experiencing but hope this helps.

Hi. Not dark thoughts when I wake in the morning but mostly in the middle of the night. I wake with a jolt and then have lots of odd sensations and feel like I m going to die!! So odd. Worst thing is i can lie awake for 2/3 hours and am then tired the next day.
