Hismile Sorry for TMI guys. So today, when I peed, I wiped and there was normal pee with pink dots. like blood. Quite a lot of it. I thought I have period but I dont, even though it should come sometime next week. I kinda felt my downstairs area is itching a little bit since yesterday and i felt extremely exhausted for the past week, but that could be cause of the weather..And yeah, i have eaten a good amount of beetroot yesterday and today, could that cause the blood-like pink dots?... since i have seveeere anxiety, i immidiatelly thought of kidney cancer or some terrible kidney disease. Fun. And I think I will have a heart attack anyday now. I have been having heart palpitations, very hard heartbeat. And it becomes very fast after a minor activity, like i can feel it pulsing in my neck hard. I also feel sharp pain in my chest and back sometime, with left arm pain. I have done EKG three times and nothing, just slight tachycardia. My heart is, when resting, about 80-90 which is kinda alot for an 18 year old girl with normal bodyshape.  I once had this issue before, when i was 11, I have done ekg, blood test and ultrasound and nothing was found. Cardiologist said it was anxiety, gave me beta blockers and it kinda went away. I was also always the one in PE class that couldnt do anything since I got exhausted very quickly. I cant even run 1km, never could. Everyone can, even the more heavier girls in my class. Does that mean my heart is kinda not good? Im trying to joke around but im really sick of this. I wrote like 10 discussions here already and people always helped me really well so that is why im posting again. I feel like im ruining myself

Can someone please put my mind into peace somehow? Thank you so much <3

I highly doubt you have kidney cancer or heart failure.  You may have some irritation or a possible bladder infection or yeast infection causing the spotting.

Your heart rate is fine. Sometimes it can be a little high from anxiety but it won't hurt you.

Sounds like you have a lot of anxiety and learning how to breathe properly would bring down the heart rate so you can relax.

listen to "Mindfulness breathing Guided meditation 10 minutes ". On you tube.

Anxiety can cause one to be very tired.  It's hard on the body.

You would benefit from taking time to relax, meditate using meditations for anxiety, deep breathing

The spotting can be cause by a prospective period, some days before the main event so I would not worry until afterwards.

Your heart beat and breathing will increase if you are taking exerting yourself so you have no problems there, palpitations are also normal as an increase in your blood pressure

The conditions you also explain are caused by your anxiety and if you think anything is wrong, whatever is said here I would advise you talk to your GP and explain your fears.

You can try and arrange some CBT, you will gain experience on how to control your Anxiety. Try Mindfulness and controlled breathing, there are explanations on the internet

Hello Emma, I would think the pink in urine is possibly caused by the beetroot. I would definitely stay on top of your heart issues or lack there of. One thing I dislike on these forums is people downplaying symptoms. Every ache or pain may or may not be serious but then again it could be. It's always better safe than sorry. I wouldn't think Kidney cancer because it would be more symptoms other than what you said. When you feel bad try and research your ailments. Research just gives us the basics. We are not doctors. I hope you feel better. Try not to create ailments that haven't been diagnosed. That just creates more anxiety. Try vitamins and relaxation techniques.

Well, since you had a lot of tests done on you for the problems you say you had and they told you that its only anxiety then you should believe them.  For the blood in your urine it could be a uti or something worse for something really important on your health like this you really should contact your gyno and tell her or him what is going on and they could help you better.  Hope you will be alright, good luck!
