So I thought I had a parasitic worm a year or so ago but tested negative. but.....

Symptoms have gotten worse. My typical "IBS" symptoms are on steroids. I've passed the following in the past 45 days and my question is am I crazy and their is another explanation like food not properly digesting or are these parasites and if so which one do you think it is?!
