hi people, i have put comments on here several times about my counsellor, i've now had enough. i have written to my counsellor and told him in a really truthful letter what i thought of what he was doing, i have also spoken to a different company who deal with assault and they can help me more. maybe 1 day i may sleep? someday. did i do right though by writing to him. i just feel i can't do right for doing wrong

lord no, even the thought of that sickens me! 🤢 no my counsellor is MEANT to be ptsd trained and won't deal with assault.
