So many of us are looking for a way to solve are menopause issues, and  everyday if you are like me, you find, another new possible, what if this might work supplement/vitamin, but if you are rattling inside like a pill bottlle as I am, does the amount of different pills/tabs not take away or interact with a negative response!

      Hi,Mrs D

hahahaha not of course your not annoying ..

its just habit now... I as drink an effervescant magnesium before bed, i now chose  to also take my Natecal ( calcium and Vit D )  at bed time as calcium and magnesium work well together and often come as ( calcium and magnesium in one tablet)

Vit C is good for everything, especially iron supps and vit D as helps absortion too ..

i always take my probiotic on an empty stomach first thing, as they need to be taken in my opinion ( only my opinion )  on their own before anything else, given time to digest .. Etc ...

then bingo i take my others ... Numerous hahahahaha

Vit C, Vit E, B's, Kelp, and Menapol Pus ..

Hi Astrid,  I don't like taking pills unless I am dying and menopause sure made me think so biggrin. Before perimenopause hit me I felt excellent.  Now I feel like crap.  rolleyesNow with these hormones leaving we need some help for energy boost among other things. I think it's best to check with your family doctor about vitamins too as they know your history and some may interact if you are on certain meds.  They will send you for a blood test and then they will go from there.  Better to be safe than sorry.  Especially the herbs.  Just because they are natural doesn't mean they are safe for you.  Poison Ivy is a natural plant too but not safe.  rolleyes

I am here again Astrid,  I also think (sorry to be so opinionated, runs in my family) alcohol and smoking is real bad for people going through premenopause.  Damages vital cells.  We have to eat right, excercise daily, take vitamins etc.. as we get older.  We have to become goody goodies and that's sad but a wake up call. rolleyes

Well I don't smoke and like the occasional drink, but would not class myself as a drinker.

I am not on any meds so I guess I am safe smile plus just had all my blood work, so I guess I am good to go, except as I posted yesterday my Vit is deficient!

Opinionated is good, it my second name lol xx

Some enhance each other Astrid64 which is why some supplements are in the same tablet. Anyway look at multivitamins, plenty there all in one go!! smile
