Sounds like classic Gluten intolerance. I had loads of these things for years and had Health Anxiety as a result. OK I do have some other issues but I am deffo gluten intolerant and my sister is doagnosed Coeliac. I had a blood test when she was doagnose but it was negative as I'd cut out bread and wheat products for ages before the test.

I also have Anxiety issues and that is nutrient deficiency related.

I do hope your test gives you peace of mind but if it doesn't go strictly GF anyway and see how that goes for you. All the best

    Hi  Stevie,

your symptoms do sound like coeliac disease to me as they mirror some of the symptoms I suffered before I was diagnosed as coeliac 2 years ago at a ( young looking lol) 50 year old.

A blood test is the beginning. Sometimes bloods can come back negative but you could say you'd like an endoscopy done because of your health issues to check for coeliac or some other problem that could be lurking for example ibs.

It's important that you continue to eat gluten before your test.

After the tests go gluten free, keep a food diary and see how you feel

Good luck and hope you find the answers so you feel well again soon
