So much pain

Hi ladies,
How is it possible to be in so much pain and there be "nothing" wrong ☹
I'm in constant upper back (worse on the left) rib pain, upper arm pain and breast pain. My breasts feel hot (but not to touch) lumpy (Dr thinks cysts had a mammogram in Feb all clear) and so painful when i move a certain way or am hugged tight. Behind my nipples feels like it did when i started puberty (when the buds start to grow)
The pain is exhausting I don't want to get up symptoms have got worse in the last week I have a coil but period would be due on or around next Friday
Dr quite reluctant to talk Peri and has so ordered a barrage of blood tests and a pelvic ultrasound. I guess she is being through but i know they are all likely to come back "normal"
Any tips for day to day coping with the constant pain? It's exhausting and stops me enjoying life as I want to.
I'm 45 (46 in April) and in the UK
Thanks all x

Totally understand what you are going through! My pain seems to travel throughout my body. One week its my ribs, then back, then stomach.......... its relentless! At the moment its the right side of my pelvis/ thigh! I'm so sick of this. I'm 43 and in the UK too!

hey Sarah sending you hugs. Have you tried hot water bottle on breasts? And how shower on there? it seems to be helping me and wearing bralettes!
I had a scan on Friday and another polyp has come! had this in May and got it removed by doing a hyperscopy the worst experience ever! So fed up with polyps they keep coming back and I've had 3 removed 2 from cervix in the last 18 months! apparently all do to with high estrogen levels! they are common in perimenopause.

Hi - Have you tried magnesium? I take capsules everyday and also use the lotion after showering. I'm definitely seeing an improvement in my left side hip, leg, rib pain. Also as sandeep said, wearing a sports type bra 24/7 helps.
I'm the same as you, have had so many tests lately and they can't find any reason for all my symptoms.
