    my hygiene is very poor lately and I keep scratching it I didn't even notice it until I shaved and also I have never had sex since last year is this STD? help

    Dear kim,

    You have a skin infection called molluscum contagiosum (Google). It's a sexually transmitted infection. It's quite easy to treat but you first need to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis. You and your partner should also get checked for other STDs.
