Hi Sunaina, off balance dizzy migraines and headaches are bad for me too , and occur daily or should I say never really leaves me.. I read you say you were a teacher and had to leave your job, mostly everyone I've talked to or read that is going through this can NOT. tolerate the fluorescent lighting in these buildings it is a known trigger that brings on all these off balance dizzy and migraine symptoms.. And unfortunately our homes aren't much better with all the newer tv's tablets computers WiFi that is around us 24/7 I get the really bad buzzing in my head off balance and dizziness around any of this, so just wanted to say your not alone its with me too everyday and to try wearing the sunglasses and hats even in your home while watching movies are browsing on computer or if your just feeling off balance they really help alot you can even get the glasses that are specifically for this..

The off balance dizziness feeling is just the worst. I'm so over this too and I'm like a hostage at home right now. I can wake up and do basic functions and exist but, I'm not living. Can't work until this stops. Another lady suggested cordyceps capsules and said that within a month she was symptom free of the dizziness. I took some last night and felt a real boost of energy. I'm hoping over time they help. It says it's very good for your immune system and I think that's what you have to focus on the most. Boosting that. That's my only goal right now until I wake up from this nonsense. I can't take HRT or antidepressants. I've never taken drugs but, I have been reading about medical marijuana. It says in some cases it can calm anxiety and depression by, 50%. Although, I don't know if I want to go that route just yet. I don't know what else to do. Taking all the supplements I should, eating right and low impact exercise yet, still can't think straight and have really little motivation to push forward although, I know I have to continue pushing.
