So scared about heart palpitations...please help??

Ok so I suffer with pretty bad health anxiety and OCD. I'm always so scared that there is something seriously wrong with my heart. Sometimes I get these weird beats where my heart beats up my chest and in my lower throat and they make me a bit lightheaded and make myn heart beat really fast I get so scared by them, that when they happen I begin running away I'm not quite sure what I'm running from though
I've had the ambulance out a lot and they have sent me to hospital and they couldn't find nothing wrong. I've also seen a cardiologist who put a 24 hour monitor on me and I had a little one of the weird beats on there, but nothing as bad as the other palpitations. The cardiologist said there was no atrial fibrilation, but I'm just so scared that there is. she said she thought there might be an extra node thats sending extra beats or something. She ordered me to go for my electrics done but I couldn't get there so I had to leave it
Also the doctors have assured me that palpitations can manifest in many different ways and that they are just palpitations, but I've just watched this GP behind closed doors and a man was getting his heart results and the doctor said that he had 8 seconds of atrial fibrilation or something and said it can sometimes cause cardiac death
and now I'm panicking
I'm so scared as when I get these palpitations I get so scared I'm gonna die from it as they are so intense. I've told lots of lots of doctors and they say everything is fine, I've had lots and lots of ECG's blood tests and nothing. Can Afib hide? I'm really scared please help me, is this just anxiety and is it possible to get heart palpitations from anxiety when your relaxing? I am so scared. I have lots of other anxiety symptoms too
I'm starting CBT for my panic disorder next week, but I feel so consumed by the fear of this illness and really need omeone to tell me that they have the same thing and its ok. Thank you so much

Maybe try taking multi-vitamin and mineral supplements, particularly magnesium, potassium, calcium, B12 (and the other B's), C, D3 and K2. Deficiencies might not show up on blood tests but cells can't work properly if they don't have what they need. Also keep a food log and see if there is anything you eat that might trigger your symptoms. Elimination diets are hard to do but they help pinpoint food intolerances, which can be very subtle if you happen to be intolerant of something that is in a lot of our foods (like soy, wheat or corn).

I ran across an excellent article on another forum on "How to Stop Heart Palpitations" which discusses how anxiety is tied together with the Autonomic Nervous System and the heart (circulatory system), a must read. I can't post a link to it here, but you can find it this way - do an internet search using the words "how to stop heart palpitations mdjunction"
