Hi I've been on 75mg of venlaflaxine for 3 weeks , previously on 37.5 for 4 months then slowly upped till ive git to 75mg fine till yesterday crying shaking nausea back again, ! Do u think that it's just due to meds settling? The anxiety is terrible. I take slow release at night, should I still be feeling like this after months on it x

hi susan yes it would be the increase it takes time to settle sorry to say its like starting again but i can assure you it will settle the old saying it gets worse before it gets better is so true in this medication .I am on 300 mg so have had a lot of ups and downs before it settled take care and stay with it xxxxxxxx

Thank you for reply, I've had a diazepam, and I feel less anxious, I'm going on holiday on Tuesday and I'm dreading it, I've not had a drink since i started tablets , hope I don't have a day like yesterday x

yes i used to take diazapan it does help .try to have a lovely holiday.xxxx
