    Hi

I've been on Escitalopram now for about 4 months worked my way up from 5mg to 20mg and I still take 7.5mg of Mirt for sleep.

My Dr is OK with this although I would eventually like to drop the Mirt completely. Hang in there it is a slow process but you WILL gradually see improvement.

Thank you, just seen the message, did you get coldness around the stomach on mitazapine, how many weeks did it take on escitalopram to feel a bit stronger, I also got what they call red eye, where they start to ache, on tablets, sorry about all thse questions, have you put any weight on at all, many thanks

It's a log journey.. Just when u think u r over the mountain another one comes up and u need to increase and the journey continues... But it does get easier after the meds go thru their side effects... Just not anything I would wish on anyone to go through...it makes u stronger... Keep on posting...🤗💞😇

I've been on Cipralex for 8 weeks now and take 5mg.

At bed I take 7.5 of Mirt also to sleep. I didn't know it was also an anti-depressant but it gives me a straight 8 hours of sleep and no side effects. I feel like a million bucks but would like to eliminate the Mirt eventually and use something more natural to sleep. I hope I don't have to use all this stuff forever but right now it is really helped me feel better as a person.
