every other night except back to back last night im having troubles falling asleep... one night ill be ready to sleep and soon as my brain decides to go on a journey of worrying i start to get shakes and feeling of shortbess of breath and last night u judt couldnt fall asleep if i tried . and here i am at work for 5am with 1 hour of sleep. i suffer from high blood pressure/anxiety/and gallstones. blood pressure is normal at night though. is this anxiety creating sleep insomnia? Im thinking of trying pascoflair which is passion flower or neuropath which is st jons wort with passionflower and velerien

    HI

I'm a bit the same as you some nights ok but once I start thinking about things thats it. Dropped off at 5 this morning until my alarm went off at 7 so 2hrs sleep. I also have BP problems though not at night when im asleep. ( its probably sky high when im getting in a state over not sleeping!! Trouble is the more you get anxious the worse it is. But if like me you are a bit of an anxious person its easier said than done to just relax!! Ive trued all the natural remedies but they don't work for me. The only thing that helps me is over the counter 1 a night Nytol (not the herbal ones as they were hopeless for me) I just take them now and then when ive had a couple bad nights. Knowing they are on hand always helps. Try the passionflower though to see if it helps.

    GOOD LUCK
